Mountain Biking - Frame recommendation: Like Kona Kilauea, but with horizontal or track dropouts.

I have been riding a Kona Kilauea 18" frame for the longest time (90's model). I love it. I have converted it to singlespeed by way of eccentric hub, but I don't like this solution very much.

Is there any (contemporary or not) frame with the same geometry, but horizontal or track dropouts? Steel would be best. Actually, I don't mind of the rear wheel is a bit more removed from the BB - that would be actually good, but the geometry of the front triangle should be identical to the Kilauea. Kona actually made a LOT of other frames with the same geometry as the Kilauea, but all of them have vertical dropouts.

We can take those dropouts out and put horizontal track ones back in if you want to take that route. Or we can make one from scratch with that geomtry
