Hi all,
I am new around here and have modest experience with bikes. Last year, I had a spinal neurosurgery, learned to walk again, had to use a walking stick for 2 months etc, etc... but now I am in slowly getting back into shape thanks to bicycling and swimming. I currently ride a borrowed Mistral Team racing (alloy 7005, Ritchey tires, Alexrims G6000...) and plan to buy my own bike in a couple of weeks. At the moment, my distances are 4-10 miles per day, but since my condition is improving, I am starting to think about longer rides (30-50 miles). To cut the long story short, I would like to hear your opinion, is any of these bikes good for that? (I am not too limited with budget but mostly with the availability of bikes here in Serbia)
- Merida - Crossway 100-V comfort
- Scott Sportster 50 (2011)
- Scott Aspect 40 (2011)
- Scott Speedster S50 (FB24, 2011)
Thanks!
P.S. Keep in mind that the road are really bad here :)
