Hybrid Bicycles - Worth upgrading from 2009 FX 7.3 to 2010 7.5?

My wife got a 2009 7.3 WSD used last year (kind of gold color, I believe it was an 09), but has the opportunity to buy a new 2010 7.5 for $675. She's looking at upgrading to the 7.5' which is in her size. I'm hoping she can sell the 7.3 for $200-$300. Would this be a worthy upgrade for the price? The 7.5 is old stock at a dealer, it was marked down and the manager said she could take an extra $100 off.

I think she likes the color better, being lighter and likes the speed trap.

If she likes the colour better then you have your answer. :)

Does she ride much? if it is going to sit in the garage unused then it is not worth the money. If she'll enjoy it, colour included, and gets some use out of it then it is worth it.

She has been riding her Ruby more, though lately the humidity and dew point have been around the level of Amazon Rain Forest.

Well, I was wrong on her bike, it was a 2008. But she's called the manager of the local shop, and he's put the 2010 in the back for her. Hopefully we can sell her 7.3 soon, not sure I have room for 4 bikes, plus my two.
