I need some help choosing some cold weather tights. I have some for cool weather, so these I want to have windblock. I have short legs. I always have to shorten pants, and since the windblock tights have zippers, that means I'll have to roll them or something.

I'm looking at:
Sugoi Stretch Bosui tight
Pearl Izumi AmFib tight
Shebeest Wind Pro tight

Anyone use these? Any recommendations?

Interesting! I didn't find mention of it on their site. Tell me about it.

REI has wind-front tights that are fitted for women. I got a pair, size M, and they fit great. FYI, I'm 5'7'' and 140. They were on sale recently for about 30% off - worth a look.

I've been pleased with my Sugoi tights for several years (same pair--they do not wear out!)

I ordered all 3 tights from Team Estrogen, settled on the Shebeest Wind Pro, and returned the others. The Shebeest actually fit me in leg length (a miracle, few pants do), they are very comfortable, and extremely warm. I would definately recommend them. BTW, Team Estrogen is fantastic to work with.
