Yup, doing a good job of holding steady.

Only a few more days of the July craziness at my job. In August, I'll be able to exercise more consistently.

Which leads a question: what do you do in this &*&!! heat?

Started in December 2010 at 158.
On July 11th at a doctors appointment I was 126.5.
Today, on July 27, I was 123.2. Heavier clothes and later in the day. No wonder I have felt hungry the last couple of weeks.

I am close to having a BMI that is considered not overweight. However, I am very small framed, my muscle mass is low so I still have a way to go before I am not overweight. My concentration now is trying to get stronger.

I'm lucky, it isn't hot here. But I am grounded from riding until I see the physical therapist tomorrow.

Yikes, wrong way. I have been drinking more soda then the past 6 mos and hitting the reese's cups from the snack table here at work the past couple of week. Getting back on track, took two kick arse lunch time rides this week(lots of climbing and I cut my time by 6 mins on Tues and 2 mins today which had a longer climb). Feeling stronger as the season goes on. Going to up the protien intake as well and try to cut down on the carbs.
