Simple Green. I apply it to a paper towel, and use that to wipe the grease off.

Baby wipes. I usually carry a small packet with me on rides for that, and other, purposes.

Swarfega, standard mechanics hand cleanser. Also good for grease spots on clothes and carpets.

dish washing soap or gojo.

Rub the soap on your hands before you turn the water on. Water makes it harder for the soap to bond with and remove the oil.

WD40 followed by soap and water will work.

Degreaser for the hands. Mineral spirits for the bike.
I still haven't found anything that wonderful for clothes.

Vegetable oil on my hands breaks it up nicely, then regular hand soap to finish the job.
Works for oil based paint too.
I'll use the harsher stuff on the bike.
