I'll be 36 in a few weeks and i want a new bike,my last bike was a mountain bike 10 years ago which i sold after 3 weeks !!
As a kid i had a 'drop handle' bike which i loved to bits but i want a hybrid this time.

My friend is selling a Claude Butler Urban 100 and i've seen 2 other bikes below are the links

You might try a cyclocross with a flat bar and MTB drivetran, 700c wheels and either linear or canti brakes (or disc brakes.) I have one built on a steel Ritchey BreakAway cross frame and it is a lot of fun to ride.
