Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Anybody know where I can find some? I don't want to give up on my Sports' nice Raleigh pedals but the rubber is cracking and falling apart now.

I found some (70s vintage with the Raleigh symbols on them-- same age as the bicycle recipient) on ebay for a reasonable price after checking the local coop to no avail. I tossed the ones that came off the bicycle because one of them was bent and both of them were rusty.

I like these non-servicable 70s raleigh rubber block pedals better than the servicable MKS ones you can buy new. The latter are too bulky/clunky for me.

I have a pair of the 70s one around here somewhere. Maybe I'll use them instead... I would prefer to just find the rubber bits though.

I think these will work:

I have some NOS Raleigh pedals you can have very reasonably. PM me.

Hey Old Fat Guy,

If the original poster doesn't want those pedals, I'll take them off of you. I just bought a pair of "vintage" pedals off eBay only to find they were made of hard plastic and not rubber.
