After much lurking and reading of threads, I have decided to become a more social member of the forum. I'm a College student, working at a local bike shop in town, learning every day as a mechanic from my boss and experienced co-workers. I love working with bicycles every day. I ride 2-5 times a week for various distances, and have been riding since i was about 5, raced in the juniors league from age 14-17, and now am trying to become good enough to start racing again.
I have a '94 trek 990 rigid Mountain bike (full Deore xt)
an 87 Guerciotti sold as a Giordana with full shimano 600
an 04(ish) EPX Nullarbor with full dura-ace
a 2010 felt tk3
and many other bikes, most not worth mentioning, including a relatively unidentified Centurion restored as a commuter bike.
My newest acquisition is a 2011 Masi Gran Criterium frame, which i plan on posting a my first build thread for as i build it up.
