Hey all,

I took an old Schwinn LeTour from my friend's dad to flip. While I was fixing everything up to sell I found these weird parts attached to the top tube (image below). They weren't fastened to anything in particular; just hanging loose, one on each end of the tube. Anyone know what these are, what they do, and if I should bother leaving them on the bike?

Clamp on pump pegs. You mount a frame pump between them.

And now I know. I'll leave them off then. Thanks!

Those look like well made ones. Don't throw them out someone building a retro or classic bike might want them.

Don't toss those. Metal not plastic pegs. Put'em on Classic & vintage

Quite the pegs you got there, man. Completely unspoiled.
