Shouldn't it be at the top? Or is it down there to keep people from posting EVERYTHING in it because they are too lazy to look for the 'proper' heading?

Or there's always the option of inserting it alphabetically, as are the other subforums.
I don't recall noticing the general discussion subforum when I first began browsing the forum. Now I do, and I don't pay much regard to its placement.
