deep v's are really low quality you want the aerospokes or the spynergy bro, my deep v's taco'd after only the 3rd bar spin bro.

Presumably you should know what size wheel the bike was meant for: 700cc 650cc etc. If you are worried about the whole wheel you also need to know the wheel spacing for the hubs.

Yes 700cc is the standard for adult road bikes, which includes most fixed geared bikes.

If your asking about the new gold wheels you want to put on that bike you posted in your other thread it's a moot point because you shouldn't buy that bike in the first place but yeah, those are 700c wheels.

Though, if you're looking at old 70s CL conversions. It was originally designed for 27" tire. The new industry standard is 700c. Slightly smaller.
