howdy. I ride a Haluzak Recumbent, and have started regularly commuting to school lately. Here in Portland, OR it is getting dark early and is foggy and rainy at times. A few years ago, I saw a fella on a trike who had a lit-up post instead of the regular orange triangle saftey flag (which I use regularly). I have been unsuccessful in my Google attempts to find such a product. Has anyone seen something like this?

It was basically what looked like a white plastic tubing where a flag would normally be mounted, but on the top of it was a red light I believe, thus very visible 360 degrees around. I suppose it could have been a home-made jobby, but it looked like a manufactured product. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Ian

here is what I did. it is a PVC pipe with refective tape and one of the new cateye rear flashers that has LEDs on the sides and a xenon white flasher in front. the xenon is a bit overkill but I already had it.
