I just got my Giant Perigee roadbike together and was wondering what year it is. I can only think of it as an 80's bike by the group it has, but that's it. It has shimano exage motion group. Any guess or knowledge on my bike?

according to VeloBase Exage Motion was a '89 to early '90s group. there are date codes on the parts (so I have been told) that you can reference at the vintage trek site to get a year of manufacture.

Cool thanks. i checked the velobase site and found some good info then checked out the vinatge trek site and found that the date codes reference the crankset to me made in 1988 to there I guess I have my answer as far as date. The bike is the only road bike I've ever had so not interested in selling but I can't help but wonder, what it's worth?
