Does anyone have info on this bike frame and fork?

I believe it's an 80's Raleigh Gran Sport, but I don't have any info on what it's made of. I have the option of getting the bike for around $125 (not the one pictured above, which is just a photo I found online), but don't really care for a hi-ten bike.
