Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Looking at getting a fairly cheap road bike, but I'm new to biking and have no idea if this is a good deal or total rip off. Just want to get some opinions on this.

Not a Flip price, but it's a reasonably good deal, because based on the crummy cell phone pics, it appears to be a 77 not a 73, and so it has a cotterless crank and Raleigh branded Suntour DRs. (Many people "upgrade" earlier issues of this bike with similar components).
If it actually is a Brooks leather saddle, then this is especially worth while at $150, provided all the cosmetics and mechanicals are in order. If not negotiate - and check the tires while you are at it.
Don't let the 2030 high ten sticker fool you - The 70's GPs are nice riding all-around bikes, but they do definitely benefit greatly from alloy rims for handling and braking - so this is one investment you will want to make if you intend to keep the bike.
