I just cut mine down with a hacksaw to the length I needed and cleaned up the ends with some sand paper. I found afterward that they made the shorter ones but don't remember where I saw them or exactly how long they were. For some reason 90mm sticks in my head. Good luck!

^ then you'll want the performance length grips.
the next decision you'll have to make is large or small, and that has to do with the diameter of the grip itself. hand size and intended use will inform that decision. if you have a "normal" adult male sized hand, ergon claims that the larger grip diameter is more suited for touring/commuting/long distance riding on pavement/light trails, whereas the smaller grip diameter is better suited for off road single track riding. of course, if your hands veer towards the small or large side of the spectrum, you may be better off with one or the other regardless of the type of riding you do.
i've got ergon GC3's on my commuting bike, so i went with the large size and they fit just fine for my normal sized hands.

^ before you order something online, you may want to see if there's an ergon dealer near you where you can try the two different sizes for yourself. some people may prefer one size over the other just on personal preference alone, regardless of hand size or intended riding use (the difference is a matter of several millimeters, it's nothing earth shattering).
