We all know there's no mountains in MidTN, so post your biggest, baddest hill near you!

Avg. Grade, Length, and mapmyride link (or similar) is a huge plus!

I'll go first:

I like to ride in Franklin, usually east of 65 towards Nolensville.

I did Pulltight last night, which is well known as being on the Jack and Back route. It was good but not up to par with this one.

S Berrys Chapel / Lynwood Way Hill.
It's what Moores Lane turns into between Hillsboro Rd and Franklin Rd.
From map my ride:
Length: 1.41mi
Avg. Grade: 4.6%

I know thats not much for a lot of people, but its the best one I've found near me.

Mount Juliet area: not a lot. Steepest is Posey Hill Road: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/45695666/?open_ive_done=1
Other long hill closer to Lebanon is Franklin Rd: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/45696168/?open_ive_done=1
or from the other side. http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/45696812/?open_ive_done=1
I don't really believe MMR's rating system but they are both descent climbs for the area.

The HBC "alternate" ride this Saturday will take you up Pigg Schoolhouse. Rough pavement and sections of it are in the 14% range. Other nice hills are Algie Sewell near the Bethel community and Ragsdale, near Theta.
