I just test rode a L frame Transeo 3.0 and found the fit almost identical to my 93 GT Arette I'm riding now. I also rode a Utopia 17.5(M) and found my legs were cramped but arm length good. On a L(19) frame Utopia test I found my legs good but arms stretching. Maybe it's Gary Fisher's G2 geometry? I've read great reviews on the Montare and Utopia which had been my first choice until I drove the Transeo. I'm now leaning towards the Transeo 2.0 over the 3.0 as it's a 9spd instead of 8 and is closer to the specs of the Utopia.
Are there any GT Transeo owners that can comment on their bikes as I've found little reviews? Any comments on both bikes would be appreciated.
