My wife weighs around 380 lbs. She wants to go bicycling with me and is very interested in a recumbent bicycle. Does anything like this exist? I know I'm probably looking at a cromoly frame and tandem wheels. What is available and are any pink?

Barcroft will do pink and fades, beatiful paint jobs. Don't know about weight though,
but they are a monotube, hence likely to be stronger. Steve

You may want to look at a trike... I know that the folks at ICE (www.ice.hpv.co.uk) have built machines that could handle that kind of weight
