Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I've got ONE day to spend in Door County and need some advice from those of you that either live there or have ridden there on occasion. I prefer to ride close to the water and expect to have time to do about 60-70 miles total....help? I wish I could spend 3-4 days hanging out there but I only have two days total and want to kayak the other day, could use some advice on THAT too if you know anything that would send me to the right places, thanks!
Take a look at the route maps for the Door county century. They are of varying lengths and should give you some good ideas.

If you're in the Fish Creek area, stop at "Nor-Door Sport & Cyclery." I blew out a tire when I was up there and the owner helped me out and was very friendly. I believe he has some routes that are the favorites of a local bicylce club. He's at 4007 Hwy. 42, Fish Creek.
RCK's suggestion is also a good one. I started with one and made some modifictions after looking at:
