Spokes are all straight and tight. No noise when wheel spins, but ride it and it make noise. Continues when pedaling. LBS who didnt have time to fix think in might be in the back gears...
Suggestions?
Also, bottom bracket, there is the a steady 2-3 knocks/pops when pedaling. I tried tightening up the bottom bracket, reduced the sound to 1 knock or pop.
Suggestions?

People often suggest reinstalling the BB with plenty of grease if just tightening doesn't cure it; have someone experienced feel if the bearings are on their way out or too loose.
Your wheel noise could do with closer examination. Try to pin down where exactly the noise is coming from (perhaps ride by a friend slowly and have them try to pin down the area). Does it ever make the noise unloaded, in a stand? When you ride it, does it ever not make the noise? Try just coasting, pedaling forward, pedaling backward, applying brake, and so forth. Is the noise continuous, or does it vary over time; if the latter, does it match the wheel revolutions, pedal revolutions, or neither?
