Getting back into riding a bike after knee surgery ended my daily running. I'm 58 and need to ride for exercise. I have a Fuji GT series road bike and an older Specialized Hardrock mountain bike that I may put smooth tires on to make it more of a urban bike. Looking forward to learning from the folks on this forum..

This is great.... How interesting to hear that you still have a spot for cycling at that age. All in all this is the best way you could ever have and still keep fit. I have a spot for bicycles and have moved further to set up this site bicycle and bikes (http://www.bicycle-and-bikes.com/index.html) as a way of spreading sharing my passion.
