I have a Klein road bike that I want to put a triple crankset on. I have already removed the spindle and press out bearings. I know that new bearings are available. What I need is a spindle that will support an older campy record triple crankset. if anyone out there has been a conversion on a Klein, or have any idea how I should do this please let me know.

Thanks

Talk, to the Phil Wood company , in addition to the cartridge BBs they ship to distribuitors
they sell their 17mm diameter axles, and a couple bearings, made to their spec, to replace yours.

then one of their several types of axles including the classic campag ,
and lengths can be pressed in the bearings .
