No it won't. The stem you show has a 31.8 mm diameter handlebar clamp and the bike has a 26.0 mm handlebar center diameter. You need a 26.0 stem or 31.8 mm handlebars.

Or one of these (http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=7414&category=1740), but it is a pretty ghetto solution. Best to get a new stem that matches your handlebar diameter - 26.0mm

31.8, stem, and you got shims to reduce to use either 26" or 25.4" bars..
not ghetto at all, child ..

Those shims will be 2.9 mm thick to use a 26.0 mm bar. That's pretty ghetto and likely to be creaky.

Isnt better just get the stem that works with that handlebar and forget the one u picked? 3t has the 4xl that comes with a 26 mm clamp in it. And is not expensive.
