Hello everyone,
Glad to have found the forum of like minded individuals. I am middle aged, former CAT 3 racer who prefers distance events to the endless criteriums we have here in Florida. I currently ride a well worn Serotta from 1992 that is finally showing its age but it has held up under many miles, particularly in the mountains.
I have done many bike tours in CO, NC, VT and numerous trips to France and Italy. I enjoy reading about the advice and experience of members that have traveled to these and other areas. I formerly completed the Assault on Mt. Mitchell and Denver to Aspen (single day), among other distance events.
Look forward to being an active member
