If you can't google it, (which you can't, apparently), I doubt anyone will be able to help you without pictures.
Back in the 50's or 60's, Holdsworth made a single that they tagged the Whirlwind, and they may well have made a tandem with the same name. In which case, it would be a collectors item. Then again, it could be a department store brand that no one is familiar with, in which case it's junk.
Pictures and component descriptions will help a lot.
