Pacific Northwest - Enumclaw Parking

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Planning to ride from Enumclaw to Chinook Pass. Looking for input where its safe to park in Enumclaw.

We park at Enumclaw County Park (King County fairgrounds) right off of Hwy410. Its free and out of sight from the traffic which might give would-be thieves a glimpse of your car. Its a good place to start when we ride upto Crystal and Paradise/Sunrise. If you want to start closer, another place to park is the lot when you make the left onto Crystal Mtn Blvd or even at Crystal.
Thanks, I saw that one on google map, I just need assurance that other cyclist had used that location before.

How is the ride? I went hiking this weekend by Chinook Pass, and the shoulders were very narrow!
