The only and last Metrx stuff I tried a while back was their "energy" bars...I swear, dingleberries taste better than that stuff.

What kind of Met-Rx supplement? They make tons of different supplements: Protein powder, MRP's, creatine, protein bars, etc. I have used their bars, powders, and creatine. I like them all, but they don't really do too much for my cycling.

One of the guys I know uses the sports drink during harder rides. I know he likes in, and he thinks it works good for him. This is all I know, I've never tried it. A little too expensive for me.
