Hi,
I just bought a used full suspension MTB.
I found there is a rubbing noise from the disk brake. I adjusted the alignment, and released the cable, but it was still there.
Finally I took out the pads, as shown in pictures. To my surprise, there is no spring holder for the pads, both in front and back. There is no force to push the pads away from the disk.
My questions are---
1) Based on the photos, do I need to change the pads (the IN side is in better shape)
2) Do I need to add the metal spring holder for the pads?
