I need an Orbit C-40-CX and the only dealer I can find online w/one is Cyclocrossworld and they want $89. Bikeman has a C-40 (no cable hanger) for $37 and I'm a little skeptical that there's a $52 premium for the hanger. Anyone with a good FSA connection?
