So I came upon a cool looking Canadian? 5 speed bike from the 60's (according to the seller) but there are no mfg stickers on it, they were removed. I am still waiting for more details, but I thought someone here might now exactly what this is. Here is the craigslist ad:

60's era Old School 5 speed bike $95.00. Lugged frame. Canadian made bike. Canadian made Dunlap gold sealed tires. 21 inch center crank to seat post. excellent condition, although paint is peeling where name stickers have been removed. Please send your contact information. I answer promptly.

OK, after some research, I've found it to be a CCM - Knowing nothing about the quality of CCM bikes, can ayone provide any further details?

The 5 speed Huret gears were all the rage in the early 70's so that's my best guess. By then, most CCM's were akin to tractors. Kinda heavy, utilitarian but should fit in with your fleet :)
