I'm thinking about a new 2005 Bianchi Pista. How well do they hold their value if i wanted to sell it in a year or two? just curious..
i'm thinking about an old pista, pref. 90's. but i can't find any on craigslist/ebay. i want to know the answer to this question, too, and if any of you want to sell an older pista, i'm your man. 60+cmframe. love, nich.
I bought an '04 on eBay with a brake for $385.
usually pretty well. There are a limited amount of them out there so usually after a year or 2, people still want the older models. I bought a 2004 model new because I couldn't get an older model in my size (59), but at the time I saw quite a few 57's, 55's on e-bay for about $400 USD depnding on condition. Not bad for about a $550 outlay. They are somewhat of a cult status ike which helps them keep a bit of value. I do not plan to sell though, EVER !!

cool deal. pretty much as i thought. i mean for a 600 dollar bike as long as it's in one piece it can't lose too much. i'm fascinated by trying fixed but having never rode one i can't really know...
