I was gluing up some tubulars and made a small glue mess. Because I am an idiot, I grab a dirty rag and wiped it off. Now there is a black smudge mark on my white carbon rim. I haven't tried scrubbing it or anything, but I noticed it won't just wipe off. What's the best thing I can use to clean carbon rims while not taking the paint/decals off?
Thanks!

Dish soap, water, and a very soft rag.
