Just had LBS install rear rack and f/R fenders. Bike has 700x23 with Araya rims. I wanted bigger tires but LBS said they would hit fenders. Isn't there a way I can raise the fenders using an offset bolt or something?Fender comes in contact with bottom of brake housing where the stud runs through it.
I have the standard double. LBS said they can't go smaller in front chainring. What is the bolt circle diameter or pattern maybe I can contact Harris Cyclery and see if they have some answers. Bike looks weird with 23c's on it.
RD has been changed and so has the rear cassette/free wheel.
Any ideas on how to get at least 28's or maybe 32's on the bike would be helpful. Thanks Wardie
