I ride this road everyday after work.
Accident happened at night though. Sounds like it was almost head on too? Maybe a drunk or distracted driver or maybe cyclist error?
To be honest I would never ride this road at night, no shoulders and a lot of "blind" corners, curves.
I in fact will not ride any road at night. I know there are those who do and that is cool, it is just not for me.
My prayers for his family.
