Short intro to say high before wading in. In Springfield Mo. Mostly am looking to find info about the in and outs getting a 73 paramount 25 inch frame ready to ride with upgraded components or keep it as is and just put it back on the road or maybe sell it as I am getting older and someone else might appreciate it.
It's been hanging on the hooks these pat 15 years with very little use so might be a tall order, I never liked the down tube shifters and thinking STI or something similar but I gather it is frowned upon to start hacking on these older bikes.
