Bicycle Mechanics - BB is popping, time to change but I have no idea what "type" it is......

Its a 2008 Felt F3 Carbon frame. I dont think it is a BB30 because all the 2011 frames are boasting "bb30" on the frame. Id like to change it out myself but If I ordered the wrong one, Id be bent as broke as I am. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I took mine apart to see what kind it was then ordered that. You'll be down till the new one arrives but that's what back-up bikes are for.

I have no backup bike and I aint gonna be down lol. Summers drawing to a close here and the mornings are kool in the low 60's. Ill spin it till she dies or daylight savings time ends then ill tear it down. Thanks.

According to Felt's website it is a Shimano Hollowtech II. I would imagine if your bike has a Dura Ace group, then you would want the Dura Ace BB. If this is correct (cant hurt to follow up with a LBS) all you should need to change the BB is a 5mm allen wrench and a Park BBT-9 or something similar.
