My friend has just recently signed up for the Ride Around London event which is happening on Sunday 25th September, and it looks great! It is a challenging 115 mile (approximately) fundraising cycling event with a planned route devised by the well known and well respected cycle - tour veteran Andy Cook. Not only will the funds that we raise from the event will give the sports charity (Access Sport) an opportunity to deliver excellent community sport for children experiences difficulties and disadvantages, but the route takes in Olympic landmarks, both past and present such as the Herne Hill Velodrome and the iconic Box Hill!

This sounds awesome, and I have heard they are expecting a good 1000 riders taking part! The website is http://www.accesssport.org.uk/ride-around-london ....take a look and sign up! :)
