Since I can't seem to sell my extra pair of mavic shoes, I have a fit question for those experienced riders. Has anyone ever worn or known anyone that has worn a pair of road shoes with one size bigger than the other. My reasoning is this I bought a pair of 10 mavics. The right foot fits perfect, but the left foot is a bit too snug. I ordered a 10.5 and it fits the left foot a bit loose, but better than squishing the toes. Are there any bad effects my legs would suffer due to wearing a shoe arrangement like this (10.5 on one foot and 10 on the other) or any adjustments I should look for? I figure I may as well get use out of both pairs.

Thanks,

Tim

Given Feet are not manufactured, so are not always identical .. (no-brainer,there)
, if you can get a better fit with a split pair, do so.

No clue, you might ask the proper authorities.. there are sports-medical orthopedists that have studied that, their clientele tend to be the racers who aspire to olympics and top races.

but this is just a free advise bike list.
