Hi, leaving soon to a trip to Canada (from New England) and planning to haul a Yakima Big Tow with me. Currently trying to devise plan to attach to BOB trailer skewer, but may have to fall back on plan to just buy BOB fork and marry it to Big Tow. I heard with trailers cars give you more clearance...was thinking of placing a large dolls head in trailer to buy more clearance...but it somehow seems unethical...
Riding a late 1980s Miyata Triple cross. Bike people tell me it is a strong bike. Any feedback most welcome. Think I'll get those handle bar extentions to let me change hand position from straight bar. Using some virgin 1980 Kirtland panniers....never been used (although the waterproofing internal liner peeled off like a sunburn after I washed them). glad to find this site.
