Training & Nutrition - Too much food

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Dude, even if I ride three hours each day of this holiday, I'm STILL going to end up with a calorie surplus. Whoo man I'm eating a lot.
But what the heck I'll survive, right?

I heard on NPR on Thursday that the typical Thanksgiving feast can contain approximately 3000 calories!!! Now that's a lot of hours in the saddle!!

I don't have to worry about such things.. I'm one of the few that doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas. :)
I'm hungry all the time. I'm vegetarian though, and don't eat a lot of dairy, so what I eat is usually pretty calorie light. I'll eat a ton, enough to feel really full, then 2 hours later, I have to eat again.
