Manufacturer, Retailer, Survey and Consumer Feedback - Help needed for master thesis!

My name is Lasse Smith. I am a student at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and is currently working on my master thesis about Me-Mover. Without a good opportunity to try this, it's impossible to make a reasonable judgement. But I'm not going to use a machine that requires more work to get down the road. That's impractical.
