Mountain Biking - My last Kona question (hopefully)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Ok I have decided on the Kikapu over the Kula. Now I am debating the Kikapu vs the Kikapu Deluxe. The main question I have about these two bikes are the frames. The Kona website describes the two frames the exact same way. So, to you people in the know.....Are the frames on these two bikes the same just with a different spec on components? Thanks.

Same frame; upgraded components including (I believe) a step up on the Fox Float to the RLC and a change in the the Marzocchi fork from the MZ to MX. Nice set-up!
I saw a King Kikapu at the LBS. I could hardly keep my eyes off of it! Whole different frame, fork (and price), though.

exactly like they said...it's the same deal with the hoss and hoss dee-lux. EXACT same frame and different components, if you want your own component choice you may look into just picking up the frame
