:) Hi, I live in Gloucestershire UK and have just been out and bought myself my first bike in about 10 years. I have got severely knackered knees so my fitness has pretty much been on hold for a long time but I have decided to just see how it goes cycling to stay fit until I can get my knees replaced (I'm only 35 knees scheduled for when I am 40).
My purchase was a Carerra Subway 1 as I live in the great countryside where the roads are more like farm tracks but I will not be doing any proper off roading.
Can't wait to meet some great folks on here
