Can't find anything on them. Are they special?

The logo art is quite nice... Never heard of the brand before now.

I've had plenty of their drop bars but I've never seen these before.

How wide are the ends CTC?

55cm. One side does look ever so slightly uneven. I would wager the bike that once owned them fell over.

Maybe off a Peugeot? IIRC my 80-something Peugeot PSV has Phillipe bars. Jeff

Peugeot OEM, most probably. Very nice and elegant, but I wouldn't ride bent alloy handlebars.

Virtually every set of Phillipe bars I have owned, and I still have a few sets tucked away, were mounted to Peugeot bicycles. I have never run across a set of bars similar to the ones presented by the OP, though.

I can understand not wanting to ride a bent drop bar, but an upright bar? Is it really that much risk? I'm asking because I seriously want to know, not because I'm being combative or contrary.

Come on. They're not "bent" bent. Lol.
