If you could choose 2 super powers which would you choose? I would choose the ability to build high tech weapons/rich benifactor (Toney Stark/Bruce Wayne). The second power would be Instant Transmission similar to Dranzonball Z or The Warden's Blink bility on Warcraft 3.

Powers can include anything your heart imagines except be God or any invinsible, almighty powers. Keep it G rated fellas.

I have often thought the Jedi Mind Trick was neat.

These are not the droids you are seeking... Move along..."

I wish I was better at it.

Shapeshifting also has an appeal. Morphing into a hawk, panther, or a wolf sounds like great fun.

How about the power to kill a yak from 200 yards away......

WITH MIND BULLETS! That's telekinesis, Kyle.

How about the power... to move you?

I would want to be able to properly paint a house in less than 5 seconds and be able to eat burritos whenever I felt

the answer is simple for me...the ability to see though women's clothing. :)

i wouldn't need a second super power, that one is good enough for me.

I've always thought the Flash was the coolest, too. Being able to vibrate one's molecules through slid objects is WAY cool. My second one would be like Colossus from the X-men, who can (/could? I heard he's dead,) turn his flesh into "organic steel".

I'd like to be able to fly, and to become silently invisible. Wait, I ride a bike...

Superman has always been my superhero of choice. Bruce Wayne on the other hand was a bad ass too. He didn't have any super powers though, just a lot of money. And I guess Superman had quite a few superpowers so I would have to choose two from him. Probably strength and the ability to fly, because the other ones are tertiary to his strength and flight.

Now, as my mind is flowing and I am thinking about this more, being Duncan or Conor MacLeod would be interesting too. The ability to be immortal and travel the world through spans of lifetimes I think would be quite an interesting experience. You would have to start out in the middle ages or something. I don't know if I could start now and live for the next 500 years. Life was much cooler way back when.

See, the reason why I'd be more likely to choose bruce wayne over clark is, bruce is real. I mean think about it, there is no way you can ever be superman because he's just not real. But Batman, he's real, you can be Batman, man!

Invisibility. Everyone always denies it, because it's the "sketchy" superpower (c'mon, who wouldn't use it to go into the locker room of the opposite sex?), but it would be awesome.

Jedi Mind Tricks would also rule, as mentioned above.

I consider Bruce Wayne intellegence to be a super power. But Bruce Wayne is a natural: through intense training and technology he is a super hero even though he doesn't have innate powers like Superman or Rouge or

Toney Stark (Iron Man) and Forge of the X-men are the same way. Intelligence to build super weaopns.

In a South Park episode, Cartman chose the power to have all the powers he wanted. I would choose that.

But if I could not choose that, I would have the power of invisibility and the power to be immortal.

The Wonder Twins. I would have my twin form of a billion dollars, then buy something worth a billion and then sell it before my twin turned back to normal, and cash the real money!

One of those chicks from "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". They could fly, fight, and still look totally hot too!

I remember playing a PC-based RPG-like game back in the early 1990s called The Superhero League of Hoboken. The premise was not unlike that of The Tick. Each big city had a local Superhero League much like how you might find a Rotary Club chapter or more appropriately a baseball team. Sometimes superheros could even be traded between leagues. At anyrate, one of the most amusing characters in that game was King Midas whos special power was the ability to turn anything he touched into a muffler. I think I might want that power. :D

For those interested, The Superhero League of Hoboken was distributed by Legend Entertainment and was the "brainchild" of Steve Meretzky of Infocom fame who also wrote The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Leather Goddesses of Phobos, Planetfall, Sorcerer, Stationfall as well as the Spellcasting series of games. While they may seem unsophisticated, uncool, campy and cheesy compared to say Halo II, I still value them for their lightheartedness, amusing storylines and rather creative plot construction.

Nope. It's not my fault if my wonder twin turns back to a person. They got paid.

What about the ability to make the rest of the world move in slow motion while you yourself move and think at "normal" speed. That way to the rest of the world you would be blindingly quick. Thats what I would choose. Of course, if you think about the physics of it...if you backed up against a brick wall while the world was moving in slow motion...that would be kind of like hitting the wall at full speed from the perspective of the rest of the world and you could kill yourself! Of course...part of this superpower is the inherent ability to break these laws of physics.

There was an episode of the x-files like that where these kids found this alien thing that would let them speed up their frame of reference compared to everyone else. The only problem was that when they slowed down, it would induce tremendous stresses on their bodies due to the deceleration.

Dane

The deceleration thing, thats very similar to what I was thinking of. Damn the X-Files was a cool show.

Flying, duh. That would be so awesome. I could pick up and fly anywhere at the drop of a hat and if I wanted to turn back time, as I frequently do to unsay something stupid, I could just fly around the world against it's rotation a la Superman. It would also be the coolest bar trick EVER.

I think invisibility would be nice, but being the clumsy ass that I am I would be bumping into people and tripping over stuff and making a lot of noise; thus, defeating the purpose of the invisibility.

There was also this other episode of the X-Files where this guy was invisible. He reached an intersection, saw these 2 chicks on road bikes that looked like they needed help on the bike path, and proceeded to walk across to check em out and he got hit by a truck cause duh, he's invisible. The body landed in the middle of the bike path and this dude's bike just like, stopped dead and he endo'ed.

I would prefer GhostRider's powers.

The force would be pretty awesome, mind tricks, feeling things before they happen and such, imagine the lines you could pick through traffic with that sort of power! But I'd really like Wolverine's healing powers, cause I hate being slowed down by an injury.
