so i got this for $65, that's a brooks saddle, SCORE, but I'd like to know the story on the frame (manufacture, year est.), the rack is part of the frame, same size tubing, really burley, and my panniers, just barely grab on w/ enough meat to where this bad boy will be my school commuter and possibly frankensteined w/ some mtb parts. Thinking about welding on to it (cantilever bosses,) so if it's way too vintage i may chicken out and not modify it to much.
