I've been lurking for a while, finally joined. I'm a Clydesdale rider, looking to get smaller. Rode mtn. bikes about ten years ago, now I'm trying to get back into riding just for fitness.
From my name, you may infer that most of my riding over the last few years has been on horseback. Yes, I team rope, but I like to stick with slow cattle.
I live in an equestrian neighborhood with approximately 30 miles of horse and bike trails. Nothing terribly technical, but enough variety to keep me happy for a lifetime. Paved streets and long Farm to Market roads provide ample opportunity for road riding as well.
Hope to learn a lot from the forum, and plan to stay in my lane for contributions.
Thanks,
Slow Roper
