are there any online cycling stores located in Canada ? coz i not really a fan of paying tons of brokerage fees and duties at the border. after all those extras, its usually cheaper to just buy locally. also, if there arent any in canada, what are some good places in the US that dont charge too much for shipping to Canada?

see this thread (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=74823&highlight=online+Canada)

basically, for me, it makes sense to place large orders south of the border. After shipping, $5 brokerage and GST I still save money by ordering from preformance, nashbar, etc. even over canadian online sources.
just remember, get your orders shipped via USPS.

Or if you want to order from canada try:
www.bikeroom.com or
www.labicicletta.com/

www.bikeroom.com has good prices that compete with the states.

But with how our dollar is right now, buy from the states, we are making a killing with things the way they are.

The only site I can laugh at is pricepoint. Do they ship to canada?

Try MEC.ca . They have pretty reasonable prices & decent qaulity stuff.
